David Braun is a Certified General appraiser from Knoxville,Tenn. He holds the two pretigous designations with the Appraisal Institute, the SRA and MAI. Although David would neveradmit it, he is an absolute genius using Excel to create his own specific appraisal office management and reporting tools for his commercial work. With it he has also developed a narative documetor for USPAP compliance, and also an appraiser assisted AVM program.
