I have been in the local Real Estate industry for over 15 years. I have appraised thousands of homes in the Hampton Roads area. The properties appraised range from homes as small as 500 SF to 9000 SF, waterfront properties, historical properties over 100 yrs. old, multifamily dwellings, and land parcels. I  am a residential valuation expert for the area, and know Hampton Roads as I have all lived and worked here my entire life.  Many appraisal companies have relocated to this market during the recent boom, and decline but I have worked through it and know the ins and outs of the local market.
