We undertsand that you want to receive good services at the lowest cost for yourself or for your clients.  We are constantly being asked to lower our prices for different reasons, and as we are competitivly priced within our market, we usually will not, but under certain circumstances we may be able to accomodate a special price. 

These special prices are usually reserved for high volume clients.  These would include mortgage companies and mortgage brokers who are capable of sending repeat business.  In order to inquire about these types of services you must be approved and a wriiten contract must be drawn up and signed between our management and the other parties management, or corporate officer(s).  These agreements usually contain the promise to pay within a certain time frame, and exclusive use within our service area, or minimum volume of work needed to apply price structure. 

In the event you are from a charity organization (an example would be habitat for humanity) we are happy to speak with you and see if there is something we could do for you.  This usually entails cross promotions and other oppurtunities for both our company and yours.
