I am an appraiser by trade, and hold my ethics very high.  I do not try and make values nor do I give out favors to anyone.  That I am creating this page could possibly raise eyebrows, but there is such a thing as ethical business relationships.  I value many of my lender clients, and decided that with all the negative press out there at the moment, I could do a small part by shining the light on some professionals I have enough confidence in to recommend to my own family.   

I am willing to post any lending professional that we work with as a way to say thank you, as long as my relationship with them is a result of no pressure on myself or my firm to artificially inflate values or overlook the requirements of my job.  I value the position that I am given to help uphold the public trust, and so do the people below. 

With the recent housing bubble bursting, the entire country has experienced an economic crisis that in many cases could have been prevented.  It is my hope that we help set an example for those in this profession, and the affiliated industries that help shape the American dream of home ownership.
